Roland VS-1824

The Roland VS-1824 is an 28 channel digital mixer and hard disc recorder in a single unit. It can be used in professional and home studios. The 28 channels comes in the way of using the 10 live inputs (TRS) along with the 18 playback channels. There is 16 virtual tracks per track (18 x 16). You can record 8 tracks at once. The built-in effects processor can be used in either (2) stereo or (4) mono channel mode. Some of the effects included are reverb, digital delay, chorus, phaser, as well as the Roland COSM amp and microphone modeling algorithms. The LCD screen is large enough to display the menu editing features as ICONs which makes navigating it's menus much easier than without the ICONS. It also sports 999 levels of UNDO. Of course the actual number will depend upon how much room you have left on your hard drive.
