The villa is a beautiful family house, fully furnished with TV and air conditions. The villa consists of three floors. On the lower floor there is a big room with a double bed, one sleeping sofa and a private toilette with shower. It is a kind of a private guest’s studio. On the basement there is the living room with a dining area and an open fully equipped kitchen. A WC is available under the staircase. A vast veranda with magnificent sea view is overlooking the island of Spetses. On the upper floor there is one bedroom with two single beds, one toilette with shower and a master bedroom with its own private bathroom. A beautiful garden surrounds the villa with flowers, citrus trees, olive trees and other typical Mediterranean flora. In the front of the garden there is spacious parking area.
